Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.
Sessions involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting and cardio, accessible to all fitness levels.

Our centre has 3 wall mounted heavy bags for sparring as well as plenty of space for fitness and jump ropes. This monthly membership gives you access to the facility and equipment for your own training.

Saturday: 5pm - 10pm
